Short Rib Pierogies
Delicious, hearty pierogies with bites of tender, slow-cooked short rib and cheese curds in a rich, velvety demi-glaze sauce. Perfect combination of savory, salty and cheesy, you won't want to put down your fork.
Fish and Chips
One of the best fish and chips dinners I have had ever. The flavor of this fish was on point and the crunch was perfection. Not to mention the size of the fish. The fries were just a bonus perfectly seasoned. Oh and I can't forget the light and fluffy tartar sauce that I can only guess is housemade. This dish is a 10/10.
Bubba's Wings
Wings were a nice, decent size and cooked perfectly. Crispy but not overdone. Sauce selection was great!
The Original Bubba Burger
The Original Bubba Burger is a massive, indulgent creation that requires a knife and fork to tackle. This 8 oz Angus burger is stacked high with layers of flavor: two crispy slices of bacon, smoky gouda cheese, and tangy pickled onions. The addition of a 3 oz crab cake brings a delightful seafood twist, perfectly complementing the richness of the beef. Creamy avocado, fresh tomato, and crisp leaf lettuce provide a refreshing balance, while the remoulade sauce adds a zesty, creamy finish. It's a hearty, flavor-packed burger that combines the best of land and sea in every bite.
Baked Crab Dip
One of the most phenomenal appetizers you will ever have! So full of flavor and it pairs perfectly with the crisp bread its served with.
Short Rib Pierogies
If you're in or near Berks County PA, you need to RUN (don't walk) to Doc & Bubba's in Mohnton! ??[?][?]? This place has *the coolest* speakeasy/garden/lounge vibe + is serving up some absolutely amazing food! The lobster bisque was some of the best we've ever had (and we just got back from Savannah), and the short rib pierogies & shrimp + lump crab scampi dinners were to die for. ??? AND they have creme brulee for dessert (the ? to my ?). ? There's a terrarium in the back where they have live bands on the weekends, a cigar bar, and they even had a full-sized leg lamp (#iykyk ) in the ladies' room. What more could you possibly ask for!? ?? Filet Mignon
I don't indulge in steak often, but when I do it has to be at Doc & Bubba's! Temperature and sear are always perfect and those mashed potatoes are to die for. The food alone warrants a 5 star review, but since the atmosphere is incredible, I'd give Doc & Bubba's 6 stars. Hands down my favorite spot in town!
Bang Bang Shrimp
I have had Bang Bang Shrimp in many places...my home state Florida serves many varieties and different names. D & B's is the best
